All of our cattle are treated humanely with a vaccination program so as to avoid illness. However, any steer that does become sick gets treated appropriately, with antibiotics if necessary, and then sold off through the auction
We butcher our steers before the age of 24 months which ensures tender and safe meat
There are some cuts we have every week, and others we have occasionally.
