Now Available - HH Beef Gold

In 2018, we purchased our first bull (before that, we rented bulls). We bought "Rocky" who was a 100% Japanese Wagyu bull.  His first offspring were born in 2019, which meant they were ready to start being processed in 2021.  In 2025 Rocky passed away and we purchased our 2nd bull "Maito" who is again 100% purebred registered Japanese Wagyu.


In June 2021 we introduced our HH Beef Gold, which is our premium line from the Wagyu genetics.  It is even more tender and better marbled than our original HH Beef (if that's even 

possible).  Come to any of our farmers markets to try yours!


We still rent another bull, usually Angus, to breed with half the herd.  That becomes our original HH Beef that we offer at the markets.


About the Beef

Our Beef Philosophy


  • We are producing cattle that are raised naturally - free of growth hormones and never given antibiotics
  • Our cattle are raised on pasture and finished on a non-gmo grain
  • We raise traditional beef breeds celebrated for their flavor
  • We butcher our steers around 24 to 30 months which ensures tender and safe meat
  • Our beef is dry aged for 3 weeks f

All of our cattle are treated humanely with a vaccination program so as to avoid illness. However, any steer that does become sick gets treated appropriately, with antibiotics if necessary, and then sold off through the auction
