Now Available - HH Beef Gold
In 2018, we purchased our first bull (before that, we rented bulls). We bought "Rocky" who is a 100% American Wagyu bull. His first offspring were born in 2019, which meant they were ready to start being processed in 2021.
In June 2021 we introduced our HH Beef Gold, which is our premium line from the Wagyu genetics. It is even more tender and better marbled than our original HH Beef (if that's even possible). Come to any of our farmers markets to try yours!

Our Beef Philosophy
- We are producing cattle that are raised naturally - free of growth hormones and never given antibiotics
- Our cattle are raised on pasture and finished on a non-gmo grain
- We raise traditional beef breeds celebrated for their flavor
- We butcher our steers before the age of 24 months which ensures tender and safe meat
- Our beef is dry aged for 3 we

All of our cattle are treated humanely with a vaccination program so as to avoid illness. However, any steer that does become sick gets treated appropriately, with antibiotics if necessary, and then sold off through the auction
