These are made with various lean cuts, including our London broil, eye of round, or rump any of which make a perfect cut for jerky. A perfect snack full of protein and flavor. Made from our locally raised all natural beef (no antibiotics, no growth hormones). Naturally smoked.

Beef Sticks
A perfect snack full of protein and flavor. For the sticks, you need a little more fat content than London broil, so we use a combination of various cuts including brisket, chuck roast, beef trim.
Wild Kiki
